Rewards

Every student collects Reward / WOW points throughout the academic year as individuals or as a team within their tutor groups and subject lessons as well as behaviour inside and outside of the classroom for effort, achievement and progress which is recorded in their Hetton School planner. At each milestone student's receive certificates which are sent home to acknowledge their achievements.

Achievement rewards trip: 

Each year it is our intention to provide achievement rewards trips which students can choose to participate in. WOW points are used to offset the monetary contribution a student must make to participate in the trip.  The cost for the individual student depends on the WOW points acquired throughout the year and the criteria below.  We include all students but reward those who go the extra mile.
